The Patriarchal Foundation for Orthodox Mission in the Far East organized an event and gathering on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the Spiritual Center of the Holy Church of the Great Martyr Saint Barbara in Argyroupoli, in the presence of the Foundation’s Board of Directors and Fr. Theodoros Georgiou.
During the event, the missionary work in the Far East, and particularly in Korea, was presented by the Foundation’s Vice President, Mr. Georgios Antonakis, due to the unavoidable absence of the Foundation’s President, Mr. Nikolaos Iliopoulos. Relevant audiovisual material was shown, followed by a talk and discussion by Protopresbyter Fr. Eleftherios Chavatzas with those present regarding his experiences in the Orthodox Mission in Korea.
During the discussion, tea was offered.
