The Holy Metropolises of Hong Kong and the Far East, and Singapore and South Asia, have established, supervise, and maintain the following charitable programs:

8 medical clinics in West Bengal, India
1 clinic on the island of Nias, Sumatra
1 hospital in Medan, Sumatra
1 dental clinic in Calcutta, India
1 orphanage for 114 girls in Calcutta, India
1 orphanage for 34 boys in Calcutta, India
2 boarding homes for underprivileged children in Medan and Singaraja, Indonesia (60 boys and girls)
8 kindergartens in India, Indonesia, and the Philippines
10 primary schools in India and Indonesia
2 secondary schools in Indonesia
2 technical schools in India and Indonesia
1 higher education academy in Indonesia with two departments: Information Technology and Business Administration
1 Theological Seminary in Medan, Indonesia, where the Greek language is also taught

The following programs are also being developed:

Financial assistance programs for those in need
Weekly distribution of food, clothing, personal hygiene items, and medicines
Distribution of school supplies and textbooks to underprivileged children, as well as educational support for the illiterate
Construction of homes for families affected by natural disasters
Psychological and material support for abused women and abandoned children
Drilling wells in impoverished areas to provide access to drinking water

The Holy Metropolises are responsible for the maintenance, equipment, and operation of these institutions and programs, as well as for the salaries of their personnel. The annual cost of all missionary and charitable programs reaches approximately €750,000.

This entire work is supported by donations from people who love Mission, since both Metropolises lack financial resources and property assets.

In the two Metropolises, there are 50 Orthodox communities served by 32 clergy.

There are also two Holy Monasteries: one in Masbate, Philippines, and one in Medan, Sumatra, Indonesia.
